Humble Beginnings.

Hey there! I'm Kasey Beeson, the founder of Humble Hive Academy. Education has always been my passion, and I've discovered my true calling in tutoring students from kindergarten to 8th grade.

I strongly believe that learning should be enjoyable! My mission is to bring enthusiasm, excitement, and creativity to every session by getting to know each child personally. By understanding their likes and dislikes, proudest moments, and challenging times, I can tailor my approach to your child's academic and emotional needs. Sometimes, we'll even build houses with LEGO Bricks, using their creations as settings for the stories we read. Other times, their creations become models for the math problems we solve. My creative approach to curriculum development has even led me to involve some of the children in lesson planning, giving them the freedom to choose and express their opinions.

My Approach.

I enjoy tutoring because it allows for a smaller, more focused environment with fewer distractions compared to a classroom. This setting gives me the chance to establish a long-lasting relationship with every student, built on trust and confidence. I often share with parents that my belief in their child's learning potential is infectious! I never miss an opportunity to commend a child and highlight their accomplishments.
